We are a creative agency founded in 2008 – an experienced team with traditional values and a modern approach to integrated marketing communications

Our Experience

Collectively the Creative Heads team has experience in all aspects of marketing communications from brand identity to annual reports, public relations, events, video, website design and so much more!

We are designers, developers, digital experts, writers, strategists and marketeers to name a few. Many of us have learnt our trade at leading agencies in London and abroad before joining Creative Heads to provide first class marketing communications from a more cost-effective base in Canterbury.

Our B2B and B2C clients range from a small start-up to a global technology corporation with a turnover in excess of US$400m, including financial, software, retail, travel and manufacturing companies, not-for-profit, charities, SMEs and public sector organisations.

Our Approach

A return on investment for our clients is at the heart of the agency’s marketing approach. Some disciplines are more difficult to measure, but where possible we demonstrate best value. Sometimes the approach is strategic and complex, but we also recognise some projects just require a simple cost-effective approach with a fast turnaround.

The value is in our people and their expertise. When committing to work with us it is essential to get the chemistry right as we prefer to have a trusted, open and honest ‘partnership’ rather than a more distant client/supplier relationship.

Paul started in London agencies as a designer and brand identity expert, working at global brand agency Landor on airline branding, inhouse at BAA on brand management and design at Polygram. He has won several creative awards throughout his career as a Creative Director in marketing communications agencies. In 1997 he formed a new creative agency, later merging with one of the South East’s largest integrated agencies. By 2008 he started Creative Heads - a smaller agency allowing for much stronger client relationships, working with clients such as World Travel & Tourism Council, Southeastern, Port of Dover, Cognex Inc, and Microgen PLC. Dan Cudby - Head of Studio


An accomplished, multi-faceted creative designer – Dan combines his strategic brain, with a good eye for the aesthetic, a big heart and dedication for solving briefs and achieving for clients. His strength is in a savvy understanding of a brand, in people and in a business. For 20+ years he has gained versatile experience in design disciplines including brand identities, literature, advertising campaigns and website design for clients including: Port of Dover, Chamber of Commerce,  The Arab Banking Corporation, Gillingham Football Club, Electronic Arts, Jesper Velling Jewellery, to name just a few. Erica Finance Director


Erica is responsible for client administration at Creative Heads and for creating strong and trusted relationships with clients, suppliers and staff. With over 10 years experience working in client services and a further 10 years in banking, legal, sales and administrative roles, Erica is more than qualified to keep track of all aspects of the business. Justin Web Developer & Designer


Although Justin is now a web developer, he originally spent 12 years in design for print before moving into the fast-paced world of digital where he has spent 16 years in key roles within leading Kent creative and marketing agencies developing a broad skill set in web design & development, WordPress (content management), animation/video editing, email marketing and IT digital processes. Clients value Justin’s eye for detail, honesty and technical experience which instils confidence in every project he undertakes. Marc Art Director


Marc is a Senior Art Director with over 20 years experience working on campaigns for a wide variety of clients. His wide range of skills enables him to turn his hand to anything from branding and brochure design to advertising and live events. He started at Ogilvy & Mather in London working on press and TV campaigns for Safeways, Spillers and the Financial Times before moving on to help establish and run several smaller design, marketing and sales promotion agencies in the South East and London. Klaudyna Designer & Artworker


Klaudyna is an experienced creative designer and artworker, ensuring there is consistency and accuracy to everything that we do here at Creative Heads. She has a thorough knowledge of the printing industry and knows the intricacies and standards required when preparing artwork ready for print. Whether it's a new design brief or a complex application form, Klaudyna can handle a multitude of projects, delivering on time and with the greatest attention to detail. Jane Digital Print Production


Jane manages the inhouse digital print production facilities at Creative Heads enabling fast turnaround and a seamless process from design to print. She is also a creative expert who identifies the key points quickly and reliably to deliver an appropriate solution on time and on budget. Whether it’s an annual report or exhibition graphics, Jane is used to handling a job from brief to design, copywriting, photography and production. Her 23 years experience has included both working within, or heading up, creative teams such as Pollett & Cole, Pfizer, Williams Lea, GlaxoSmithkline, Royal Sun Alliance, Realia and NHS. Jonathan Creative Designer


Jonathan has over a decade of experience as a creative designer and branding expert, working in agencies across the south east. Whether its logo creation, new brochure design or a major rebrand, he thrives on solving design problems and has a knack for the unique idea. He's a thoughtful listener, absorbing information and research to create design that just works. He has experience with a wide range of industries, working with clients including Lloyds Bank, St John Ambulance, Berkeley Group, Oxford Science Park, Clifford Chance and Chartered Institute of Management Accountants. Nathalie - Copywriter


Nathalie is an experienced copywriter particularly in the healthcare and professional services sectors. Generating good content for websites and brochures is often one of the biggest challenges for clients and something they have little time to do. So Nathalie provides a valuable extension to the creative and production team here at Creative Heads in Canterbury, enabling us to assist clients with creating compelling new copy or simply editing and refining existing copy. Sebastian has been doing Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) for over 8 years. He has been Head of Search for two agencies and is specialised in technical audits and on-site optimisation including content analysis and strategies to help websites build sustained targeted traffic.
