Collectively the Creative Heads team has experience in all aspects of marketing communications from brand identity to annual reports, public relations, events, video, website design and so much more!

Designers, developers, digital experts, writers, strategists and marketeers to name a few. Many of us have learnt our trade at leading agencies in London and abroad before joining Creative Heads to provide first class marketing communications from a more cost-effective base in Canterbury.

Our B2B and B2C clients range from a small start-up to a global technology corporation with a turnover in excess of US$400m, including financial, software, retail, travel and manufacturing companies, not-for-profit, charities, SMEs and public sector organisations.

Our Approach

A return on investment for our clients is at the heart of the agency’s marketing approach. Some disciplines are more difficult to measure, but where possible we demonstrate best value. Sometimes the approach is strategic and complex, but we also recognise some projects just require a simple cost-effective approach with a fast turnaround.

Rachel Creative Heads


Rachel brings account management, public relations and marketing strategy expertise to the Creative Heads team. She writes strategic marketing plans, newsletters, press releases, creative briefs, organises high profile events and writes copy for articles/adverts/editorial for radio, press and television interviews. Previous achievements have included a Chartered Institute of Public Relations Gold Award in the not for profit category and project management of a campaign which went on to win A Prince Michael International Road Safety Award.
