The Summit in Beijing, China gathers together government and industry leaders to raise awareness of the importance of Travel & Tourism and its impact on global GDP.

The Beijing challenge

For a number of years the Creative Heads team has been tasked with the branding and promotion of this ‘invitation-only’ Summit which is hosted in a different country each year.  Deliverables included branding, brochures, advertising campaigns, event graphics, airport banners, hotel graphics, website and online registration.

The project spanned the 6 months prior to the event and also onsite in Beijing where our team uploaded press releases, speeches, photos and videos to the website as well as implementation of venue graphics.


The outcome

  • Event profits in excess of US$1 million
