Starting from scratch

Face Matters wanted to launch a luxurious anti-ageing skincare range to compete against the big brands that already existed.  So the challenge for Creative Heads was to convince customers to put their trust in Face Matters and buy a high value product from an unknown brand.  Founder Sally Curson had created something unique that was simple and pure, containing super-active botanicals to boost collagen – the key to flawless skin.


The Outcome

As the product range was small the brand was more about Sally and the pure organic properties of her products rather than the benefits which were obvious.  Instead of creating a typical shopping cart style website Creative Heads developed a simple and stylish responsive website to showcase these two aspects, whilst also enabling customers to buy online.

Through email marketing, advertising, sales packs and social media, Face Matters has now established its range in the likes of Fenwicks, travel retail stores, in-flight magazines, on-board ferries, Hello! magazine, and also endorsements from a number of well known celebrities.
